The Role
We are a
fast-growing KPMG People & Change Advisory practice in Malta (Europe),
comprising of passionate and talented team-members coming together from 9
different countries. We assist and advise Clients with multidisciplinary
management consulting expertise. We are seeking to recruit a collaborative and
experienced Assistant Manager with specialisation in Learning and Development to deliver
engagements and make impact to Clients across different geographies.
Overall Responsibilities
- Deliver L&D projects for local and international clients from
inception to completion, with a high focus on stakeholder management
- Design learning products/experiences and develop robust training content,
following instructional design methodologies
- Deliver training (both online and in-person) on soft skills and
leadership capabilities development
- Participate in business development activities such as preparation and
development of proposals and conducting client meetings
- Project-manage the execution of the annual training plan, and support from
start to finish (event management, administration, project office, facilitation,
follow up).

Required knowledge and previous work experience:
- Bachelor degree or certifications in HR/Psychology. Master’s degree is
an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of previous work experience in People Consulting or
Management Consulting or internal HR.
- Experience with implementing L&D initiatives (e.g. developing
training content, delivering training etc.).
Online training experience is considered an advantage.
- Strong senior stakeholder management skills and/or client – facing
experience
