The Role
We are looking for an HRBP to form part of our People team, support the business function and drive people centred initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting and providing guidance to people related matters whilst understanding the different business needs;
- Collaborating with our Talent Acquisition team in recruiting new talent for the business and engaging new hires through our structured onboarding process;
- Driving the performance management process to help our people reach their full potential;
- Maintaining people records and producing reports which will assist business leaders in various decision-making processes;
- Keeping company policies up-to-date and ensuring compliance with current employment legislation;
- Contributing to the overall People strategy and drive initiatives within the business function and across the wider firm;
- Embracing the KPMG values and act as a brand ambassador.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a similar HR Business Partner role;
- Ideally in possession of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or similar;
- Confident with MS Office applications;
- Able to take initiative and work well within a team;
- Excellent communication and listening skills;
- Possess an enthusiastic and people-driven attitude.
